I will be moving back to the Baker House, as a space on the first floor has opened up for me and for patients with mobility concerns. Reminders of this will be included in your emails and texts regarding appointments. Thanks!

Baker house directions: 1601 1st street south. Go up the long gravel driveway and park at the very top. Please enter the building via the ramp.
